Flood Flaps, LLC warrants to the owner, this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase. FLOOD FLAPS, LLC SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR TORT. Warranty is void if unit is installed incorrectly or damaged by fire, foreign impacts (intentional or unintentional).
Flood Flaps, LLC’s obligation (at its option) is limited to repair or replace this product. For in-warranty repair, send Flood Flap unit, accompanied by Guarantee, bearing Dealer’s name and date of purchase with $25.00 to cover handling and postage, to:
